    Kyocera KM-2560

Hey. I have a problem with Kyocera KM-2560 . I'm not a kyocera technician, that's why I have a question for you. When printing, leaves a black band. SM says that is problem with drum unit. What to change? Drum cleaning blade? Electrode? I change cleaning blade but still same problem. Fuser is clean. Where to find the reason?

Your line is not very apparent in the photo. Is it in the feed or crossfeed direction? Does your line pass through the voids or not? I kind of doubt that you changed the drum cleaning blade since those drums come as complete units, not separate parts. Do you have a better illustration? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I see it by the meter counts.

Drum, dev or fuser. Be a tech and figure out it.
