    Paper Path Test

    Hello,

Just switching over from HPs to Kyoceras. Is there a mode like paper path test on Kyoceras to test jamming? Something similar to HPs, where you can run multiple test prints. For now, I've been just printing font lists and status pages.

    Particularly these models: Kyocera P3055 / Kyocera M3550 / Kyocera M3655 / Kyocera P6035 / Kyocera M6635

Why do you call it a "firmware pdf"? You mean like the readme that comes out with f/w or something else?

Those aren't on printers and wouldn't pass paper anyway.

Yep, same, Readme is a new term. I have always called it the "firmware pdf" In other words the pdf that comes with the firmware.

OOPS sorry I was in a hurry to deliver a machine, and yes you are correct the they are not on printers. The U203 is on the M models that he listed and it will pass paper....

                Something like this?:
                Attached Files
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
