    sleep or power saving modes

I have a few Kyocera's 3011 and 5526 that will not wake up after a day in the low power or sleep modes. Customers have to unplug the machine to get them to power on. I have seen a lot of F60A codes on the machines. Where do you turn off power saving on the nic card or fax?

    Have you updated the firmware?

firmware has been updated to the latest. I also had a 5521 throw a F000 after we updated. had to order a main board for that one. the customer was not in office and when he came back the next day the F000 was on display and could not be reset.

Might want to try changing the Sleep Level from 'energy saver' to 'quick recovery', we had success with a customer with the same problem, but they were using Paper Cut.

And you can also set the energy saver settings for the networking and fax, machine goes to sleep but those two boards remain awake.

            Switch off U520
            F60A means KFS communication lost.
Mostly by night, the systems are loosing the connection to KFS servers.
