Set up a new M6635 at a location that was using a M6535 (Which was twain scanning fine) The scanner connects fine it shows as a scanner option in all the scan programs. When you press scan the scanner option interface never comes up. No scan image or any thing. This even happens when using the Kyocera Quick Scan program. This also happens when you connect directly to the copier via network port. FYI Scan to email works fine.
So for Kyocera tech support has not been able to resolve this issue.
Any help from the outside world would be appreciated.
