Taskalfa 6052 ci with noise in right side duplex area

I have a taskalfa 6052ci with a constant noise when selecting duplex mode, in single mode it is fine.
The noise happens in the right hand door, I have ruled out the exit unit which I have checked and applied all the modifications to.
Just wondering has anyone had issues with clutch's making a noise in the right side unit?
Before I strip the unit down I would be grateful if any suggestions can be made.

Havn`t had noise from clutches right door, but have had several rusted clutches in paper feed/ paper conveying sections.
Maybe running U032 with "motor" on and checking clutches step by step can be helpfull.

I have had a couple. Taking the drive on the door apart and cleaning the clutches will only last for a couple of days. I have been just replacing the entire door.

check the clutches. if dirty replaced it. check the rollers and bushings .Lubricate the bushings.
