    Copystar 3511I /DF7120/ ERROR C8210

    Hi
    The stapler on the DF 7120 when it leaves the home position travels to back of machine and overrides the stop and periodically get stuck,
    I cleaned the tracking but it didnt help.Has anyone had this problem before.The stapler cable seems to be in correctly and not loose.
    The result is an error C8210
    I appreciate any help and THANK YOU in advance

      Check guide stapler/ 303NB38180
      Sometimes stapler is out of position because of missing/ broken guide

          Having the same issue. Seems like the stapler is driving past the sensor and then getting hung up.
          Tried swapping almost everything already. Anyone else seen this?

          This is a brand new unit out of the box. Mine is on a DF-7110 though.
