    CopyStar Cs2552ci /7100 Finisher

    Hi
It the first time Im having a problem with the stapler crunching staples and backing up the stapler.I
looked at the parts manual but not sure what the part is for the whole stapler asembly?I saw
    this part #
    3JY44011
Would this be the correct part for the assembly? And has anyone had to replace one,Looking at the
service manual it looks like a project to do,Is it as challenging as it looks?
    Thanks for any help
    Andy

yes part number is 303JY44011, it's the same staple unit as a DF-770 Finisher from the 00/01 series. We have replaced a couple of defective units. It's been awhile, i don't think it was too difficult to replace, problem was back then Kyocera's manual didn't have any instructions , be careful with the wire harness, one of our techs installed it backwards.

      Have had similar case.
      New stapler didn`t solve it.
Must exchange FFC 303RD46070, but this was a big project
For exchange, best way will be to connect the old one with the new one for guiding through the DF.
