    Baseball anyone?

I was on a call on a KM-4035 the other day and the customer asked"What's that?"

At which point I noticed like an icon in the far upper right hand corner of the screen that resembles a baseball. I couldn't find out locally and it didn't respond to touching the screen.

I have seen other manufaturers products display stuff like this when they had certain options installed. Just want to know if anyone has seen this and knows what in the wide wide world of sports it is.

That is one strange way to represent a hard drive, but I'll bet your right. The Sharp products have a little padlock icon that lights up when it's overwriting the hard drive (and you're standing there waiting, because you can't use the machine while its overwriting). Annoying!!!
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
