[Error Code] kyocera taskalfa 3011 shows replace toner cartridge

Dear friends,

kyocera mita taskalfa 3011 shows "replace toner cartridge", i replaced with new toner(original) cartridge, but

the problem not solved. it shows same message. i tried with different toner cartridges. i had a service manual

but i couldn't find any solution for this problem. pl give me the suggestion to solve this problem.

Close all open doors!
Sytem can`t show "open door", because empty toner message has higher priority
