jam 4201

Hi Guys,

We have a problem with a TASKalfa 2552ci.

We have intermittent jams 4201.(or 4202,4208)

Sometimes we can print 300 prints without jams, sometimes we have a jam every 50-100 prints
The jam is always on the same location. The paper stops exactly at the fuser exit sensor.

We replaced already fuser ,transfer belt, feedunits.

But the problem is still there.

Every suggestion/idea is welcome

the 4200 codes indicate that the unit does not see the page arriving at the fuser. Since you have replaced the fuser I would look towards the registration sensor as a potential problem.
