    FS 1920

Hi Guys, we're a sharp dealer with a few FS 1920's on the sales floor and in the warehouse. The bosses have asked our team to service them. Would anyone be able to give me a parts list, either maintenance kits or parts? And is there any codes to clear maintenance counters? And please dont advise me to get a Kyo dealer in, my MD would stick this pc up my a**e if i came back with that!

      FS1920

Thanks for that copygirl. i have been out of the office for the last couple of days, and am only back in now. I need to service the FS1920's that we have in our building. I do not know the part number of any of the maintenance kits, or the individual parts themselves, ie drum, blade etc. would you be able to send me this kind of information?

the only kit you need is a mk 67.
this kit contains drum ,dev, transfer section and feed rollers.

the transfer section is the whole pull out unit with the big green handle

        hope this helps

Thanks for that Brian. A couple of our machines wouldn't need a full mk67, unfortunately, so i'll be fitting units as required. As i was saying in a previous post, these machines are our own machines located throughout the sales floor and warehouse, so customer care is neglible!!

check your prices first for what you need as the kit is a lot cheaper than the seperate parts it may work out cheaper to get one kit and some parts .

Thanks for the advice. I have a list of maintenance kits and the individual parts, so will do a cost comparison. To be honest, i reckon i'll be outting the kits in. Don't fancy doing that much work if there's no revenue in it for the dept!

                1920 kits

hello me again .instal time for a kit for a 1920 is approx 20 minutes .it takes longer to unwrap them than fit them and you finish up with an almost new machine the longest part of the job is waiting for the dev to run up .that of course applies even if you just replace the dev .dont forget to tell the machine you have replaced the dev or you will get white prints.
