Copystar 2635DW Popping Every Paper Exit

Well we decided to order a new fuser. You can barely turn the gear in it so we are thinking that the popping is a gear slipping. We will see when the fuser comes in the mail....

you checked the gears and the exit section if it has breaks it seems a problem in the paper exit. In multi-copy jamming? if it were the fuser it should jam.
