[Misc] Copystar 1815/1820 MFP

Any one remember how to get into service mode on this machine? I remember something weird like they did with the 1810 copier. hold down start and some other keys--- I have one of these with a fuser error and can't remember how to get to the U163 execute. Thanks and HAPPY NEW YEAR
