    7052ci all solid cyan

I have a 7052ci that has solid cyan on every copy,
No c-codes and replace main charge related things- new drum unit, charge roller , main hi voltage unit, engine pwb

I am thinking it could be a laser problem- can anyone tell me how to test or trouble shoot a laser issue.

just not sure what to try next

    thanks for the help

All the laser units are the same so just swap the cyan unit for one of the others. If the problem moves you know you are right.

have you made the necessary adjustments after replacing the parts? also check the firmware if updated.

          +1 on dev unit...

          OP never mentioned:

          total pages

          life on PM parts

did this happen AFTER a service call?
if so what was done on the call?

          OEM Genuine Toners/Drum or compat?

what are the bias reading on the different drum/toner/dev?
          have you CLEANED the machine?

I found the contact spring out of place on the HV pwb, resolved the issue
