We are having a problem with having intermittent jams out of tray 2. the code it shows is 0512. When you remove the jam the lead edge of the page is past registration but not quite to transfer. We have tried it with letter SEF and LEF as well as ledger size paper and get the same results. Have replaced the feed unit, registration clutch, drive clutches in tray 2, the PS1 sensor and feed motor. Tray 1 and the bypass work fine. Any ideas?

if the first paper drawer works, why did you replace the register clutch? try to invert the paper trays, check the conveyor and the ascent rollers. It should not be difficult to solve the problem (I speak as a technician) if the copier works well with the other trays.
