Just riffle the paper really well. That's all you can do. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Homemade 3-hole or good stuff punched right out of the wrapper? How consistent is the jam?

Try it in the Multi-purpose tray, similar jamming from two different paperfeed methods = shit paper.

Either way go with Blackcat's classic but effective technique of "fan the crap out if it and see if it helps".

      Keep us posted

You know how batches of paper can go. Two good, one bad.....

You could try a different brand of pre-punched paper, just to prove the point that it isn't the machine. Give them 5 or 6 reams for free. Everybody likes free stuff, and if it convinces your customer it's a cheap fix. =^..^=
