    This has been my impression.

I haven't become brave or stupid enough to attempt registration roller removal in the field yet. One attempt on a cadaver yielded only certain death.

Once you have the clutches off, you're close. That's as close as I've gotten. To get those clutches you'll have strip the right frame.

Be prepared to change the bushings also. AFAIK there is no part number for those bushings. I dug through my miscellany to find replacements. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I had a similar problem with a carbonless paper used by the customer on a utax 5030dn, the problem turned out to be the swollen transfer roller on one side due to the acid contained in the paper, give it a try
