Hi guys,
When the stapple unit is empty, the machine doesnt even stop and keep printing without error or pause.
someone knows how to block the printer ?

It`s problem from main firmware, size from complete FW = 234MB
It is too big for send by mail.
I can`t provide FTP or else for downloading

Ok i managed to access my kyo space.
However no sigh of FW 4.05...

Use 4.07 as it should have the firmware you need.

4.07 is not even available !!
The lastest firmware we got in my country is 4.04...
