KFS Best Practices, Looking for advice.

We are new to KFS and I am currently setting it up. I'm looking for tips, and best practices. Anyone have any advice?

There's a webinar Thursday you should register for, if you haven't.
    Hope that helps !

Always make sure you have a flash drive with a older version of the firmware on it in case the new version they put out crashes something on the copier/printer. I have had new versions twice crash Pin Point scan and have had to go back a version until they get it fixed (They did not know about it until I told them.) And when you do the upgrade from KFS they take the older version off the web site so keep the older version around before you do the upgrade.

Long time ago on another brand we decided best practice for FW is to keep it at latest minus one version. Unless latest FW version solve your current problems. That way you're avoiding being test dummies for bugs.
But it really depends on brand I guess. My KMs seems to like latest FWs.
