    [Error Code] 5003i f010 code

Hi, I have a Machine about 3 months old. When walking up to it there is a f010 code only on the screen. Turned it off and on no help. Uploaded new firmware then it when to a black screen saying ssd issue. Off and on again now it's stuck on the welcome screen. I will try to load fw in the sd slot tomorrow. Main board? Any ideas? Thank you!

F010 is a Program Read error (SSD). Try flashing the firmware using the USB drive is one of the fixes. Try that first.

There was a case with an F010 on a 3511 machine. It was the SSD

      Copystar CS 3511i with F010

Called hotline. I had tried the full fw, not turbo on usb. No luck. He told me to load it on an SD card and try to boot it and load the fw right on the main board. Gonna try that tomorrow. Then he said Rep main board if no luck. What is the ssd? Is that the board you take off when changing the main board? Or solid state drive? Hard drive? I'm doing calls in Louisiana. Covid so bad here. Doing service calls with
Mask, gloves and glasses. Serious. Sucks. Buisinesses won't close. Thanks guys!

Look at the link provided above, there is a photo of the main board with the SSD pointed out.

Thanks. Just tried loading fw thru sd card slot. No luck. Deciding either to order ssd or main board. Hotline says main board. Not sure. Under warranty.

What you has done after mounting from new SSD?
Did you run FW upgrade twice?
Please remember installing procedure if U026/ export not possible:
                1. mounting new SSD
                2. startup from system with plugged in USB key
System will format SSD and installing main FW only
                3. shut down the system
                4. 2.startup from system with plugged in USB key
System will install complete FW including MMI FW for Panel
                5. running U026/ import
                6. installing applications / colortables, etc.

If you didn`t run 2. update missing panel FW and system stucks in welcome....

Assuming this is the same machine stuck on Welcome, it's probably the adf interface board. Test by removing the interface board and disconnecting the adf from the machine. It should boot and come ready then. If it does, replace the adf interface board.

                      Congrats.

We had a 2 series machine with the same problems recently. Either stuck on Welcome screen or eventual F010 code. We replaced main board, SSD, HDD, and tried firmware an uncountable number of times in every orifice we could find on the machine. Ended up disconnecting the adf and removing the interface board and it would boot. Replaced the interface board and fixed it.

I tried the interface board on another machine and got the same issue to verify that it was indeed that board.

Outstanding help. This is what makes the site great.

Tech support will run you in circles (maybe they should make it easier to close your tickets! get rid of I.E only portal!!!)
