[Misc] Replace toner K message won't clear, P6235cdn

I'm working on a ECOSYS P6235cdn with an error message of "Replace toner k" that will not clear after replacing OEM toner. Tried another toner with same results. Also tried a known good black developer unit and inspected ID connection at the machine for bent pins. The printer has always had OEM toner installed.

Any ideas??

I think I seen a bulletin about this. Open and close the back door with the machine on.

Also check the transfer belt. Toner goes through an auger assembly in the belt before reaching the developer unit.

The board that detects the toner cartridge may have a problem.
