Welcome screen 3501i

I rebuild the Kyocera 3501i,4501i,5501i machines and every once in a while there is another companies name,logo, picture in place of the welcome screen. I would like to replace their picture and replace it with my own and/or just put my own on even the ones that just have the welcome screen. I'm guessing it is done somehow related to installing firmware, but not sure. I can't find it in the service manual anywhere.
Can anyone help to make this happen?

copy splash file to usb and install with U224.that works for me

Ah Ha, sim 224 I see I can uninstall the current picture as well.
I don't know how to create a splash file, but at least I can uninstall the current picture

I believe it needs to be a certain size like 600 x 800. I will find out.
