    [Jamming] TA 4551ci etc... Feed tire "walking off" Feed tire holder...

    Hello, Lately I have had a few feed tires (Mainly the one above the sep roller or the sep roller itself) Am I doing something wrong or do I need to check something before I install it. I thought about putting a little super glue on the end. It usually walks off over the clip where it secures itself to the shaft... Thanks so much !!!

    I have seen the rubber walk off of the hub, and consequently wear bell shaped. And if I used the Kyocera rollers as replacements I might add a spot of superglue to keep it on the hub, but I'm using (2) A00J 5636 00, and (1) A5C1 5622 00, Konica Minolta rollers.

    I press them off of the hubs, then back onto the Kyocera hubs. And they don't walk off. And they last considerably better than the 150K Kyocera claims for them.

    It's up to you. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        I've never had original feed rollers come of the roller hub. I would only use oem parts and not cheap tyres only from China {buy cheap buy twice}

            Agree on the greens. 50% of life at best.
