Repeated black dots, Kyocera TASKalfa 3510i

Hi, since like a year ago the printer (Kyocera TASKalfa 3510i) started printing a line of black dots. Currently, there are 5 lines of dots. The distance between a dot in the same line is 1.5 inches (38.5 mm). I attached a paper with the other distances between dots. Could someone please tell me what is the source of the dots? Thank you.

    1) did you refer to the repetitive mark gauge in the service manual?
    2) what direction are you running the paper through the paper tray?
    3) How many clicks on maintenance items? vs total clicks?

Yep, that's definitely a charge roller, don't even bother to try cleaning it.
