Kyocera p-3520mfp showing cf010. The manual says replace the board. But is there any other way to get it solve without replacing the main board. Thanks

Other than that you could look around with a multimeter and maybe pinpoint something on the board to replace if your comfortable with that type of repair. But the people writing those manuals don't generally want you to have to replace the board either, so there's a pretty good chance that if the troubleshooting got to that step they've already run through other causes. Hard to say though tbh, circuit boards can be weird, good luck. Definitely check the battery Ropavira suggested first though, those things are like 2$ worst case scenario. Certainly couldn't hurt to try.

Edit> Also might be worth double checking cables and connections with a multimeter, seems like a faulty power or signal lead could also cause that type of error.
