Kyocera KM 2530 Left Side Door Hinges

What would cause the hinges on the left side door to break? I have replaced this door twice on the same machine, and both times the hinge(s) have broke. Short of replacing it again, does anyone know of a potential fix for this? Thank you in advance!

The pictures below show an unbroken hinge, and the side that is broken.

    Rough usage?

I'm surprised that you can still get parts for this senior citizen. I confess they are probably the best color machine ever offered by Kyocera ... mostly because it's made by Konica Minolta.

Maybe there was a modified door assembly offered by Konica Minolta that never made it into the Kyocera bulletins? =^..^=

    Edit: OOPS! I remembered wrong.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sorry, it is a FalconI. I confused it for KM-C2230. =^..^=
