What kind of shape is the fuser in? Worn fuser or low temp can cause this problem.

PS - Check for spilled toner along the paper path.

Billy asked about the FUSER. They are junk on this model. Your issue may very well stem from cheap toner but the fuser is worth a look. Here's a video on cleaning but replacement is a better option. To be honest, this model machine was not a great runner and even worse on serviceability.

Your problem is the toner you are using to refill the cartridge is not compatible with the toner already in the developer. The difference in toners allows toner to be attracted to the drum and contaminate the transfer roller prior to the paper reaching the drum. If you are going to drill and fill a cartridge with different toner you will have to vacuum the the DV and run sim 130 to replenish with the new toner.

What exactly are you filling the toner cartridge with? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Hell, I misunderstood what the guy was saying. I thought he was simply changing the toner cartridge and there was some kind of language barrier when he was trying to explain.

hi.i agree concerning the toner.client is using a generic toner.so when mc stands for awhile the first 1 or 2 pages with have this on the back of the leading edge.after the first 1 or 2 then its clean again
