    Kyocera M3660 frozen at start up just logo

    Hello
    Customer reported this Kyocera M3660 that won't boot up, just shows the Kyocera logo and after 10 minutes or so pops up F906 code. Machine is in a faraway location, I'd like to know in advance the chances of repairing it. I'm guessing HDD ?. Not familiar with this model.

    F906 does not appear in service manual.

    Try reflashng the firmware before replacing the HDD.

      Reflash the firmware using the Full version and not the Turbo pack. Lots of times it will repair errors.
