taskalfa 5052ci panel touch function is not working ?
any solution to this proplem? or what is the cause?

Try reflashing the firmware with the full version and not the turbo.

U201 is for initializing the touch screen. (be careful you can mess it up) Do you have a service manual?

Also try to clean around the edges of the touch panel if it's not responding to touch. If more than one area of the panel is touched at the same time it won't respond. Debris around the edge can cause this.

I usually get these working by removing & cleaning the contacts. Customers have been using too much cleaner recently!

Also as stated update the firmware.
