    Kyocera M2040 strange issue

A hearty hello to everyone !

We have reached around 372614 prints on our Kyocera M2040 but haven't seen the following problem before:

The pages coming out are slightly torn (around 4mm) and bent on top-middle when coming out of the printer. When such deformed page comes out, the printer makes a strange noise. It is coming on every 3rd page. We have cleaned the pickup rollers (replaced them actually), cleaned the insides, checked the fuser unit but still the problem persists.

We have attached the screenshot here for reference and we would like to thanks everyone in advance for reading and helping us out. Please stay safe.

Have to tried turning the power off and looking at the page before it gets to the fuser? Try stopping the page and different points in the paper path to try to isolate where the paper is catching.

That's usually caused at paper pickup by worn separation. Are you sure that you replaced pickup, feed and separation? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Looks like a worn out separation roller for sure. However, you said you replaced the rollers and if you did include the separation roller assembly you might want examine the rails that the tray slides into. With that many clicks it has been removed and reinserted quite a few times. You could try lifting up on the center of the tray to see if it works better if your issues are with the primary paper tray 1? Also make sure the fingerprint on the separation roller is oriented correctly if you just slid on new rubber with the old hubs.

if you lay the torn page into the cassette, you'll see that the tear probably lines up exactly with the separation roller. has that roller also been replaced? maybe the new roller/torque limiter is faulty?
