    error code kyocera fs 3900 dn

    Hello guys. i need help. I have got a printer kyocera fs 3900 that show following code: 150: 0011750. Someone can help me? Thank you

    150 is the error. It means the eeprom communication trouble. If powering off doesn't clear, you'll probably have to call a tech.

      Thank you for your answer. I try to power off but machine not working. I must be call a technician or i can reset error?

        Either the eeprom chip is not installed or the board is bad.

          You need a service tech to update the firmware

            You definately need to update the firmware.

            If you do a search for "Error 150" you should see all the other threads that have been posted in regards to this problem. There is a lot of information that could help you.
            Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

                One other thing for you to check is to make sure that the Network card and the printer recognise the MAC address and serial number.

                Print out a service status page and check that they are both there.

                Menu - Others - Service - Status Page - Enter - Enter

                If they aren't there, then you might need to get a tech (unless you can find a copy of LPT Secure) to run LPT Secure through the machine to recover these bits of information.
