    Kyocera ECOSYS P7240cdn Jamming

My unit is jamming every 3 sheets or so no matter what type of paper I am running or size. Plain, synthetic, photo paper......they all jam after about 3 sheets run through regardless of the settings I use. It is jamming at the spot right where the sheets come out onto the tray.

Check to maybe sure the guides are all the way against the paper, check PF rollers, how many pages on the printer? Make sure the cassette is set for the proper size. Maybe time for new rollers?

It is 3 months old. 8,000 count. I do have to mention it is a specialized stock being run. I created a synthetic face stock with paper backing and run it as vellum. It is the only thing I run through this printer. Once it started jamming, I put about 13 sheets of regular plain paper in and it made it through 3-4 sheets before it started to jam again, but i did make sure i changed the paper type on the unit and inside of the print dashboard.

does the specs of the copier indicate that the machine is capable of handling the type of paper you are trying to use?

What happens when you change paper type?
Vellum would be fast speed so if you get any slippage from paper feed it will jam

At first I tried running this stock as photo paper, but it ran too slow. Vellum ran them perfectly until today. It jams on all paper types now on the recommended settings for that particular media type.
I am going to send a picture of what happened today before everything started to jam and then it looked like the fuser started to not heat properly on the left side and then everything started to jam.
A tech is coming out tomorrow, but I thought I would share an image timeline of what happened.
The label on the left printed okay, and then the toner wasn't set in the middle photo and then the jamming started to occur on the right and then every type of paper or stock I put in the printer started coming out like the label on the right no matter what settings I changed.
