    [Misc] Kyocera M3040idn printing problem

Hello, i have a problem with my printer, tried everything i could, not sure what to do.

The problem is half of page is grey lines this happens even printing a blank page, if density is increased it gets much darker, and even makes whole paper background grey, left side gets very dark.

    Any suggestions?

Could be a bad developer or charge roller. Cleaned the glass?

Can you upload a picture, and how many prints the machina has

You simply need to replace the drum.

That looks like a bad charge roller, the grey thing on top of the drum. Remove it, and see it had the same marks. Could try cleaning it with a cloth and some cleaning solution untill you get a replacement.

The Kyocera M3040idn does not have this type of charge roller.

I wouldn't use cleaner on charge rollers. It can dissolve the outer coating making tor roller junk. Strait water works the best.
