    M2040DN

Would this be a good machine to place in a convenience store for self service copies ?
I thought this may better than something with a touch screen such as M3145.
It's hard to find something that is copy only anymore.
    Thanks,
    Dave

I would say this model is not suable for a self service machine too many buttons & the LCD screen to too small.

Does it have to be a Kyocera? if not look at Ricoh with a large screen you can delete all the unneeded icons so just have the copy screen up much more user friendly.

We stuck an old ricoh 3515 strait and wired the paper empty switch to a coin op. Seems to work good so far.

the old Kyocera-mita 1810 copier is pretty end user friendly. But its old and it might be hard to find parts for. They last forever though

I been using km-3050, 4050, and a few taskalfas 420i, coinop or counters. For a self service look for something reliable and bust proof. I am in NYC and even on pharmacies people would bust touch screens oe cassette guides...
