    [Error Code] kyocera 7551ci ocr error after hdd replacement

    Recently I replaced the hdd after it failed & coded. Reloaded latest firmware. ok. I thought.
    OCR error came up today.
    Now I read in the SM that the OCR data dictionary needs to be replaced after hdd replacement.
    Where do I get it?
    I do not see it on the firmware download page.

      It should be in the normal firmware since the OCR is included on those models. I'd make sure to do full firmware, not the turbo.
