KYOCERA Task Alfa MZ3200i. need to enter in maintenance mode but NO ID Account

We have on the field an MZ3200i that has "frozen", juste by doing un print of .doc file. message is "fatal error no printing no scan no fax available"
We would like to enter into the maintenance mode with the appropriate code, 10871087, but it is impossible as machine is requesting an ID an account ID (numerical only). We do not have this ID, normaly it is supposed to be 3200, but it is not recognized. As the machine seems to be locked, we are unable to do anything else. Does anybody can help us? Regards estimate colleagues

Press, the job status/cancel button which should be accessible even without an account ID number, then bring up the numeric keypad and enter maintenance mode as usual

create c-call C7901 by disassembling drum to get entrance to 10871087. Run U906 for reset partial operation function

Power down the machine, open right side door, power up and you can get into maint mode. (shut door if you have to execute)

By disassembling, do you mean remove the drum??

yes, remove dk unit, manual not needed for this. You also can remove FK unit....no screwdriver or else needed.

by the way, do not use security level 3 if you want to use full functionallty. enclosed how to remove the drum. close all covers without mounted drum and start up again. Do not forget to remove power plug from wall outlet before! drum disassembling.pdf

If all you want to do is run u906 press the three dots in the upper right of the control panel then bring up the numeric keypad. You should be able to get into maintenance mode from there.
