Hi, has anyone had a problem with a stuck P6235cdn printer? There is a "Cannot use device; it will soon be removed" message on the display. I can't reach the machine via network or USB, and it doesn't accept new firmware from a USB drive or SD card either. The keyboard also doesn't work. It's a brand new machine. Looks like a main board issue to me. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

That is the screen you get when the machine is being decommissioned and data security has wiped all the data. That stops it from being used. If it's brand new, I would call the Kyocera hotline. -
