    [Jamming] Jam Code 6301

Anybody else getting tons of J6301 codes on their Kyocera finishers?

Middle sensor non arrival jam j6301. Yes, this is a big problem on the DF-7120.

Seeing also j6311 middle sensor stay jam.

    I wish I had a solution but I'm investigating.

Kyocera will say we're the only one's having this issue, so I'm happy to hear we're not. So far, we've adjusted the finisher height and checked for crimped wires. I'm about to remove one from a new 4054ci at the customer's request until the issue is resolved. I'll report back if we can definitively identify the issue. This customer has 16 machines with this finisher on it, and they've all had these jams.

I wouldn't doubt it. Paper feed issues have been the Achilles heel for Kyocera A3's for some time now, but not sure these Jam codes are related to that yet.
