I have an almost new MA4000 that is giving a F247 code. ONLY WHEN SCANNING TO FOLDER. Prints and copies ok. I updated firmware and changed ethernet cable. Kyocera support couldn't offer any real input. Never seen a F247 code before. Any ideas out there ?

U917, backup the entire machine. U21, wipe it back to factory and setup scan to folder again before restoring the backup. If that doesn't work try the HDD.
If U21 fixes it, don't restore the system or network settings and restore the rest of it and see if it works.
