    Kyocera J6411

    Howdy folks,

Got a 4003 getting J6411 with the 1k stacking finisher. Machine is 2 hours out of town. Did a zoom meeting with the client and saw the paper not exit the finisher, its bunching up right at the exit, the top and bottom of the papers (long edge feed) from the video i'd guess are catching the paddles. The one jam she cleared it was skewed like crazy, the back corner of the paper was visible when you open the top cover of the finisher when the rest of it was in the staple compiler area. I got her to flip the paper over in the trays and it ran good for 200 pages and then had some more J6411 finisher jams.

I remember a forum post about adjusting the paddles but the new search on the forum didn't bring anything up for J6411.

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

It should be old enough that it has the updated parts in it for Bullentin COM-0373 (H020) (2017). But I got one that did not you might check.

Is that the little nightmare fix to remove the push button and switch it to a optical flag setup? We still don't have access to bulletins and we are owned by Kyocera ?

Worth looking at to make sure it was done.
