    [Jamming] Kyocera DF-7110 J6510 jam

    Hi Guys,

I have a DF-7110 4000 sheet finisher in the field that is jamming in the finisher with a J6510 jam code. Does anyone know of a quick fix for this issue, rather than to totally disassemble the finisher just to get at the middle sensor?

    Thanks!

I have seen only 2 problems in this area, one from someone standing on the finisher and bending the top cover over the sub-eject area. It can be very slight.

The other was OOB when the 'flapper/tamper' assembly had become lodged and did not move up and down properly. It can be pushed down and become lodged.

It was unboxed and in a truck (packed with gear) at one point, so I suspected it was the driver climbing over it for some reason.
