    Taskalfa 6054ci error C7302

I have a new (7K ) 6054. Giving a C7302 (cyan toner motor ).. I've replaced the toner cartridge, removed and cleaned out the toner hopper unit, replaced cyan developer unit and replaced the image drive pcb. When running sim 132 to forcefully add toner, it codes C7302. The toner motor and cartridge turn. I can't get past this code. If you guys could offer some input, I would be more than grateful. I have 25 years on Kyocera but this one is throwing up against a wall

What I've done so far.. 1. New Toner Cartridge 2. new developer unit. 3.New image pcb. 4. Removed hopper unit to check for toner clogs. 5. Reseated connections on engine board. 6. Talked to tech support who recommended number 4. above. What I see. .1. Won't run sim 132 (forced toner supply ) errors out with C7302... I'm stuck right now...

I think i'd try the hopper unit. There is a sensor you could try putting your meter on to see if it's turning.

These codes are sometimes hard to get rid of on the newer machines. We had a 3554 with 7301, 7101 codes and replaced the front drive PCB, image drive PCB, toner hopper and black developing unit. Still had the problem.

The machine was stuck in the loop of C7301. What finally got the machine working seemed to be when I accidentally left the toner hopper large white connector unplugged. This caused another code that I don't recall. I shut the machine down, unplugged power and reconnected the toner hopper. Then the machine ran normally after that. The new parts remain in the machine so maybe it was a combination of everything we did that got it going again.
