Hi. I have an ECOSYS M6635cidn with the following codes in the last 300 pages.
0509.00.13.01.01 is MP conveying sensor jam No paper feed from the MP tray
0519.00.33.01.01 is MP conveying sensor jam Multi-feeding from the MP tray
0110.00.00.00.00 is rear cover open
4009.00.13.01.01 is registration sensor jam Registration sensor nonarrival jam

Any suggestions appreciated

4 times MPT jamming/ 300 pages
0509.00.13.01.01 >> no feed.MPT.custom size.plain.face down
0519.00.33.01.01 >> feed delay.MPT.Folio.plain.face down
0110.00.00.00.00 >> endcustomer didn`t closed the rear door in the right way
4009.00.13.01.01 >> registration delay.MPT.custom size.plain.face down
For me it looks like problem is located in front of the system.
Our internal code for this : C99
No further action needed.(Maybe a little bit cleaning from MPT feed roller)
