Kyocera Collation bug for 2 page document with 4 copies

My customer runs an MS ACCESS 2003 application which sends an order to the printer (MITA FS1900), the printer is set to collate and print 4 copies. Reason is that each copy is on different colour paper for different departments. The paper is loaded in to the printer White, Blue Green Yellow,White, Blue Green Yellow etc
When a one page order is sent to the printer page 1 is printed for each colour. When a 3 page (or more) order is sent to the printer, all the page 1 are printed first then page 2 then page 3 ( 1111 2222 3333) which mean that we get very colour for every page correctly. However when a two page document is sent the printer prints 1 2 1 2 1 2 1 2 , but this is wrong it should be 1111 2222. Why does collation work for all numbers of pages except - anyone got any idea or suggestions.

    FS-1900 KX settings

Install the KX driver v4.4.04.03, set the PDL option in PCL5e mode and in the printing and brand preferences in copies option mark 4 and verify that the interlayer option is unchecked, see attachment.

    Greetings!

The 4.4.0403 driver has solved some sorting and punching problems for me. Tony has got this right. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
