    Anyway back on topic using old printer IP address is not recommended due to many reasons and one of them is exactly this problem.

      Someone or a couple have the wrong driver. Maybe avoid having printer TCP/IP ports duplicates like ex 192.168.0.100_1, _2 etc. Check each PC for driver list in Print Management - delete unwanted and check printer IP ports if duplicate and delete, create new and fresh driver. I would start from here
