main board Ta 3510i

I've ordered main board for TA 3510i from my supplier.
He said that it cannot be shipped because of the battery
.He ask me if he can remove it . I said yes and i will just replace it once i received the main board.
My question is what problem i will encouter after replacing the battery?
Do i need to do anything before i replace the battery?

You'll probably have a C-0840 greet you at bootup, and/or "Time for Maintenance T".

Observe the qualifications about replacing the main PWB:
swap the original EEPROM onto the new PWB at YC14
swap any memory DIMMS onto the new PWB at YS1 & YS3 (SAME POSITIONS PLEASE)
install the new battery
load firmware immediately before proceeding further
Run U026 restore backed-up data
Run U278 delivery date
Run U402 margins
Run U952 to register settings
You may need to run U906 to clear the C0840 error or to clear the time for maintenance message.
Set date/time
Set timer settings (if any)
Re-enter addressbook & job accounting data or restore with U917
Re-enter printers IP address.
