    Kyocera folding unit

We have a folding unit on a new machine that is crinkling the paper somewhere inside the folding unit. Does anyone have any experience with these things. I can't find any documentation it

It's a Df-7110 and the folding unit has been the same for several series the BF-730 and all the machines use the same DF-7110 for the BF-730

You say new machine. If these units are installed incorrectly they will do this. I would pull unit back out and reseat it back into finisher. These can easily be install not sitting correctly.

i remember >2 cases from wrong installation of "relay paper conveying unit" during installation from BF-730.
Technicians would called for service because of creased paper at new Iris and can`t mount this unit in the right way and they asked for "hidden door" or my experience...
