Kyocera 3260dn faint print and now white print.

Good morning, I have a Kyocera P3260 under repair, I'm wondering if anyone has already had this problem, the printer used to produce very clear prints, now completely white, I tried to put out the charging roller, the developer and the drum without obtaining any results, someone have you already had this problem? Have you stopped the machine in mid-copy process to see if there is an image on the drum?
