    taskalfa 3500 i image problem.

MAchine prints dark lines in the copies. Similar to those with drum problems . Meter 227 k copies.
Toner is KAtun and i noticed that it was almost empty. I noticed and in other cases that when toner is near end i have problems with image.
I try to calibrate, developer init and drum refresh also U 130 , U140,464,410 with no results.
I replaced charge roller (but i forgot to clear the counter)
I swapted drum from an other machine (with 100 k copies|) Now copies are like in the attached files im11 (which is almost perfect) it get worst with next image , and next image *im13) and get worst when making multiple copies. From first copy which was good to last which was very bag.
I run U140,464, 410 and image get worst like the im21 and as making multiple copies get worst im22 and even worst as making more copies. Now copies are like those line like drum problem.
Any idea what programs to run or what to do.
    Thanks

Good day. If the prints get worse with each copy, this is usually a drum issue where the cleaning blade isn't cleaning the drum. If you replaced the drum and you know this replacement drum was working well, it best to install a new developer unit and set it up with genuine Kyocera Toner. It's best to use only genuine Kyocera toner.

These machines were awful when new ten years ago and never got full rated developer life with genuine toner. Non genuine toner certainly won’t help the cause.
replace the developer with a brand new unit and you will resolve the issue, but you’ll need to use genuine toner for any sort of longevity

I just fixed one of these last week, exact same symptoms, replaced dev unit. The mag roller is teflon coated, and the teflon was gone (worn off).

Probably due to using road sweepings, I mean Katun toner.
