    Kyocera Ecosys M5526cdw - firmware

    Hello,
    I'm a Ricoh certificated tech and a customer ask me to update the firmware for his Kyocera.
    The actual firmware-version is 2r7_2000.002.505.
    Can anyone do me this faveur?

          Hoi Ropariva: Thanks. Scanning is not working anymore and customer blaims firmware... Better he looks in the settings first...
